Uses and Advantages of Fiberglass Insulation and Braided Polyester Cords

What is Fiberglass Insulation Material?
Fiberglass insulation material are contains of very fine glass fibers widely used in home to achieve high level of insulation form the extreme weather condition. Somehow it is like blanket which is batts and rolls, and loose fill. It is also available as rigid boards and duct insulation.

Fiberglass solutions are great way to prevent heat loss from our buildings. It can be placed in unfinished walls, floors and ceilings. It is fitted between studs, joists, and beams.

How Fiberglass Insulation Made?
Fiberglass solutions are reduces energy consumption but it also reduces waste because it made with at least 35% of recycle glass. Other major components are Sand and smaller portion of soda ash, lime stone and other minerals.

The glass comes from used bottles and windows. The mixture of crushed glasses called batch that send to high temperature furnace to be melt. The malted glass falls on spinning ball its call fiberizer. Fiberizer convert  malted glass into  feathery fibers. The process is lots like making cotton candy. Nozzles spray them with polymer glue that make it sticky. Now its turns like mesh and spread like cake on conveyor belt. It compressed by steel plates to be bit thick. After cutting and shaping it will be ready to pack to ship to customer for final use.

Braided Polyester Cords:
Braided polyester cord simply cord that braided with polyester threading. Its provide extra strength to cords and protects it from rubbing and scratching. Widely used hiking rope, mount climbing rope and many more wherever extra strength required with flexibility.

Polyester cord provides high strength equal to nylon cord, but does not offer quite as much stretch. It exhibits low moisture absorption, is rot-proof, and can be stored almost indefinitely with no deterioration. Polyester cord is one of the most weatherproof cords available.
